Shipping policy

All DentalBrandConnect products are custom-made to order. Please allow up to 30 days for production following approval of your proofs. Once your order has been manufactured, we allow up to 10 business days for shipping within Australia, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Shipping is typically fulfilled via air freight to ensure timely delivery. While we make every effort to dispatch your order promptly and partner with reputable couriers, DentalBrandConnect is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss that may occur during transit once the goods have been consigned to the shipping provider.

Customers will receive tracking details upon dispatch. We encourage practices to monitor their delivery and liaise directly with the courier for any updates or issues that arise during shipping.
